Bertha AND
Irineo Say It's About Trust!
Bertha Hernandez, 62 and her husband Irineo Migranas, 64 live in Soledad. They are field workers and one time in 2017, Bertha got so sick, a co-worker told her that she had to go see Luz Garcia, who at that time was seeing patients at a space in the local pharmacy.
"From the first time I came to see Luz, and she knew what to do, I was sold on her services and sense of care," said Bertha. "She saw me, asked me questions, and gave me a shot that first time, and I was healed."
Bertha and Irineo agree that 'Doctora Luz' as the community calls her out of respect, is a good person, attentive, dedicated, and a good listener.
"As a person and as a professional, she takes time with each patient and explains what is going on with our bodies and how she is going to help," Bertha said.
"That Doctora Luz is bilingual and is just the most important thing for us," Irineo said. "We speak Spanish and thus it is so important for us to understand all the medical information in our own language and we all really appreciate that from her and her staff."
Both Bertha and Irineo say they are happy with the services at Gonzales Medical Center and tell their family and friends to go see 'Doctora Luz' in Gonzales for the best medical treatment.
